GUEST COMMUNICATIONS

All communications, including reservation confirmation, Silent Auction information, and tax receipts will be sent to the personal email address provided during registration.

Tax receipts will be emailed after April 27, 2019.

PARKING

Valet parking is available at the main hotel entrance. Valet parking fee: $15.

Onsite/garage self-parking is $5.00. Self-parking is available in the garage to the right of the main entrance to The Ritz-Carlton. (Behind 1650 Tysons Blvd.)

You may pay for parking any time during the evening at the Parking Table.

**Please do not park in any other location as you risk being towed.

TICKETS/CHECK IN

Tickets will NOT be issued. Guest check-in will begin at 6:00 p.m. in the main lobby.

MENU

Email reservations@airforcecharityball.org if you require a vegetarian meal, gluten free meal, or have food allergies so that we may provide an alternative menu option.

SILENT AUCTION

The Silent Auction will commence at 6:00 p.m. in the Ballroom Foyer.

The auction will end in two sections, with the bidding closing for the majority of items at 8:25 p.m. and a few select items at 8:50 p.m.

When checking in, please provide the smartphone number for every guest in your party who wishes to bid on Silent Auction treasures. Up to two test messages will be sent to each number to confirm guest access to the Silent Auction Catalog. Remember to fully charge your smartphone prior to your arrival.
