All communications, including reservation confirmation, Silent Auction information, and tax receipts will be sent to the personal email address provided during registration. Tax receipts will be emailed after April 7, 2018.
Valet parking is available at the main entrance. Valet parking fee: $31. Onsite/garage self-parking fee: $18. Parking validation will be available at the Solutions table throughout the ball.
Tickets will not be issued. Guest check-in will begin at 5:30 p.m. in the Potomac Ballroom Hallway.
Email firstname.lastname@example.org with food allergies so that we may provide an alternative menu option. Regretfully, substitutions and other menu customization requests cannot be accommodated.
The Silent Auction will commence at 5:30 p.m. in the Potomac Ballroom C. The auction will end in two sections, with the bidding closing for the majority of items at 8:25 p.m. and a few select items at 8:50 p.m. As in years past, you will use an app on your personal smart phone for all bidding. Remember to fully charge your smartphone prior to your arrival.
When checking in, please provide the smartphone number for every guest in your party who wishes to bid on Silent Auction treasure. Up to two test messages will be sent to each number to confirm guest access to the Silent Auction Catalog.
